On every invoice, your members choose how they want to pay: TWINT, credit card, QR invoice or bank transfer. The payment is automatically matched to the open invoice and posted in the club accounting. The treasurer can see who has paid at any time.
Automatic reconciliation
TWINT and credit card payments are confirmed by the payment provider in real time: the invoice is marked as paid immediately and posted in the club accounting, without any bank import. Reminders only go to members who really have not paid yet.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Which payment provider do you work with?
- For TWINT and credit card payments, we work with the Swiss payment provider Payrexx. QR invoices and bank transfers run directly through your club account. Each club needs its own Payrexx subscription: This way, the money goes directly to your club without taking a detour through us. This is required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act, because forwarding third-party funds would be considered financial intermediation (Art. 2 para. 3 AMLA). Each payment is automatically assigned to the open invoice and booked.
- Can members pay recurring fees online?
- Yes. Every invoice includes a payment link, including automatically generated annual membership fees and licences. The member pays with TWINT or card, the payment is immediately assigned to the open invoice and the fee is marked as paid.
- Is credit card data stored?
- Never on DigitalMembers. The payment is processed directly by the payment provider Payrexx, and only there can you save your card for future payments if you want to. We do not see or store any card data.
- What does paying by TWINT or credit card cost?
- For TWINT and credit card payments, the platform works with the Swiss payment provider Payrexx. The provider's usual transaction fees apply. QR invoice and bank transfer are free of charge.
- How do we enable TWINT for our club?
- You create an account with Payrexx and add the connection once in the settings. After that, TWINT and credit card are available as payment methods on every invoice.
