You send personalised letters (payment reminders, board letters, invitations) directly via Swiss Post, within Switzerland and internationally. No printer, no envelope stuffer, no franking machine. From CHF 1.95 per letter including shipping, no base fee. Alternatively, you can download the mail merge letters as a PDF and print or send them yourself. A wide range of placeholders (salutation, name, address, fee, payment deadline, membership status and more) is supported.

See live whether the message really arrives
For each campaign, you can see the status of every message in real time: Sent, Delivered (arrived at the recipient), Opened (member viewed the email), Clicked (clicked a link in the email) and Error. For example, an invalid email address or a full inbox. Live tracking also works for WhatsApp (delivery, read) and postal mail (printed, franked, delivered). You always have the same overview, no matter which channel you use. This means you notice straight away if a member has an incorrect address. The entry appears in red in the list and you can ask or correct it directly. Sendgrid, Brevo, WhatsApp Business and Swiss Post provide us with the data automatically. Simply put: you send a newsletter to 150 members, and a few minutes later you see that 148 arrived, 2 had an invalid address, 87 opened it and 34 clicked the link.
